Warranty & Returns
CFR guarantees the quality of our products. If the quality of an item hasn’t met your expectations, we will warranty it. Returns are subject to some limitations.
CFR prides themselves on manufacturing quality products but everything has a practical lifespan. Items will eventually wear out and can be damaged by time, accident, neglect, normal use or misuse, so those circumstances aren’t covered and these items cannot be returned.
CFR offers a 2-year warranty on all snowmobile and moto products for manufacture defects. You will be responsible for the shipping.
A proof of purchase is needed for products bought through channels outside of the CFR web store.
Please email us a photo and details of the issue plus the original purchase info. This will help us resolve the issue quickly and get you back on your sled asap.
We will accept returns up to 30 days after the item has been shipped.
All returns must be authorized through our Returns department. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
We accept and will issue a full refund if the product is unopened and in its original packaging.
If it has been installed, we will give you a store credit of the full amount.
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending all returns with a trackable shipment as we are not responsible for any lost packages.
To return an item please take a photo of the product right before it goes into the shipping box. Send this to us here: email@example.com This will protect the buyer if the product is returned to us damaged through shipping. Send us the tracking # as well.
Please write your order#, name and address and include this in the shipping box.

Once the product has been received and is in good condition, we will issue a full refund.
For easy exchanges just return the item purchased and place a new order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of product bought through our dealers.
CFR reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in our warranty and returns policy at any time. All decisions made by CFR about whether an item is eligible or ineligible for return are final.
