Return / Exchange / Refund Policy

First and foremost, we want you to receive exactly what you want and need first time, every time. That’s why cs@cheetahfactoryracing.com is manned by real sledders who work here at our HQ in Pemberton BC. They have years of real-world experience, use and are familiar with all of our products and genuinely want to help you. If you have any questions about a product prior to ordering, contacting cs@cheetahfactoryracing.com should always be your first move.

We realize that things don’t always go perfectly though, sometimes you want a riser that is half an inch taller, sometimes a color just isn’t what you expected. That’s why we’ve created a straightforward process for returns, exchanges and refunds, provided the criteria below are met:

Return Conditions

  • -Item Condition: All items for return / exchange must be in as-new, uninstalled condition in their original CFR packaging. Items that have marks, scratches, blemishes or damage from installation can not be returned or exchanged
  • -Return Period: 30 days from the delivery date
  • -Restocking Fee: None
  • -Refund Time: Within 7 working days of us receiving your return
  • -Shipping Costs for Returns: At your expense unless it is an error on our part

Delivery Day Return Policy

Our return policy is based on the delivery day as indicated by the carrier, not the purchase day, to ensure you have enough time to inspect your purchase. In the unlikely event an item is in transit beyond the specified 30-day return policy period, we will consider this and allow returns accordingly. The return policy period starts from the day the item is marked as ‘delivered’ by Canda Post / UPS.

International Returns

For all international orders, we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges in instances where you have not checked fitment / compatibility or you simply change your mind. Please ensure your order is correct before checking out. Contact cs@cheetahfactoryracing.com with any questions you have prior to completing your order. Your questions will be answered by a real sledder with access to all of our products to check anything you need to know. This does not apply in the rare chance that there is a defect or fault with the product you received, in these instances our standard warranty policy will still apply.

Return / Exchange / Refund Process

YOU MUST FOLLOW THIS PROCESS, ANY ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR CONTACT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR EXCHANGE / REFUND.

Return Authorization

  • -Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization.

Packaging and Shipping

  • -Ensure the item is in original condition with all tags, extra accessories, and original packaging included.
  • -Follow the provided instructions for packaging and shipping the return to the address given in the return authorization.

Required Documents

  • -Include a copy of the return authorization with the returned item.
  • -Attach photos if necessary to support claims of damage or defects.

Refunds

  • -Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will generally be processed within 1-2 business of us receiving your return using your original payment method.
  • -Please note that the actual timeframe for you receiving a refund on a credit card, debit card or via PayPal is governed by your service agreement with that provider. We will always handle our side of the transaction promptly and efficiently but we cannot be responsible for the processing times imposed by your payment provider.
  • -If you have requested an exchange we will send out your replacement parts within 2 business days of receiving your return.
